Kathleen Stefanelli - Jersey Intensity Director
Kathleen Stefanelli served as the Assistant coach at Monmouth University from 1998 - 2002. As a player, Stefanelli enjoyed an illustrious playing career at Princeton University. A four-year starter for the Tigers, Stefanelli earned first-team All Ivy league honors as a sophomore, junior and senior and regional All-America status all four years. During her senior season, she earned National All-America honors and captained the Tigers to an NCAA Final Four appearance.
As a junior, Stefanelli led Princeton to the NCAA championship game and earned first team regional All-America honors. As a sophomore, she earned third-team National All-America honors. Stefanelli, a three-time Academic All-Ivy and Academic All-American honoree, graduated with a psychology degree in 1998.

During Stefanelli's junior season, she was selected to the United States U-21 National Team.
At Shore Regional High School, Stefanelli was a two time All-State player and received All-American status her senior year. She captained Shore Regional to state crowns her junior and senior years. Stefanelli was also selected to the Newark Star Ledger 1990's NJ Field Hockey Team of the Decade.
